Receptionist cum Office AdministratorOne of the leading typing, Legal & Information Service Company , based in Ajman is looking for a smart, young & brilliant female receptionist cum Office Admin.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 Handle the front office – directing all visitors, including vendors, clients, candidates and customers appropriately
 Screen Incoming calls and direct it to appropriate departments and take accurate and complete messages
 Order and Manage the Office Stationery supplies
 Manage the routine Office Administrative duties
 Tidy and maintain the reception area
 ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
 schedule appointments
 Perform other duties as instructed by the Manager which contribute to the effective office management of the company
 Coordinate and manage the day to day operations of the Office Assistants
 Handle Travel arrangements when required.REQUIREMENTS Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
 Excellent communication skills. English & Hindi is Mandatory. Arabic would an advantage
 Committed to superiors
 Ability to work under pressure & on own initiative and demonstrate high levels of motivation
